Stadium & Ticket Help

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about our service, stadium logistics, and how to get tickets to events across North America.

Hundred Ideas Co. operates as a specialist stadium guide and ticket assistance service. We do not sell tickets directly — instead, our representative Hannys Aniston works with you personally to identify which events have availability, which seating categories match your budget and preferences, and where to purchase securely from verified sources.

The process is straightforward: browse our stadium guides to choose your venue, submit the contact form with your preferred event, date range, and party size, and Hannys will respond — typically within one business day — with options tailored to your request. There is no commitment required until you are happy with what has been found.

We currently provide detailed guides and ticket assistance for eight major venues across Canada and the USA:

  • MetLife Stadium — East Rutherford, New Jersey (NY Giants & Jets, capacity 82,500)
  • AT&T Stadium — Arlington, Texas (Dallas Cowboys, capacity up to 100,000+)
  • SoFi Stadium — Inglewood, California (Rams & Chargers, capacity 70,240)
  • Allegiant Stadium — Las Vegas, Nevada (Raiders, capacity 65,000)
  • State Farm Stadium — Glendale, Arizona (Cardinals, capacity 63,400)
  • Rogers Centre — Toronto, Ontario (Blue Jays & Argonauts, capacity 53,506)
  • BC Place — Vancouver, British Columbia (Lions & Whitecaps, capacity 54,500)
  • Commonwealth Stadium — Edmonton, Alberta (Edmonton Elks, capacity 56,302)

If you are looking for assistance at a venue not listed, contact us anyway — we are expanding our coverage regularly.

For the best selection — especially for premium sections, club-level seating, or larger groups — we recommend submitting your request at least two to four weeks before your intended event date. High-profile fixtures such as NFL playoff games, division rivals, or opening-weekend MLB matchups can sell through faster, so earlier is always better.

That said, we routinely assist with shorter-notice requests. If your event is less than a week away, do still contact us — last-minute availability does exist, but options will be more limited and sections may be less flexible.

Yes. VIP, club-level, and premium hospitality requests are something we handle regularly. Venues like AT&T Stadium (Star and Legends Club), SoFi Stadium (Delta Sky360° Club), and Allegiant Stadium (Wynn Field Club) all have premium tiers with dedicated entrances, in-seat catering, and enhanced sightlines.

Be aware that premium inventory is the first to move for flagship fixtures. When you submit your form, specify that you are interested in premium or VIP seating and include your group size — this allows us to focus the search appropriately.

The NFL enforces a league-wide clear bag policy at all its member stadiums, including MetLife, AT&T, SoFi, Allegiant, and State Farm. The rules permit:

  • One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than 12" × 6" × 12"
  • One small clutch bag or wristlet no larger than 4.5" × 6.5" (with or without a handle or strap)
  • One-gallon clear zip-lock freezer bags

Opaque backpacks, large purses, camera bags, and drawstring bags are prohibited at the stadium entrance. Medically necessary items are reviewed by security separately.

MetLife Stadium (New Jersey): The most straightforward route from New York City is the NJ Transit train from Penn Station to Meadowlands Station — the service runs event specials on event days. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes and drops you directly at the stadium entrance.

AT&T Stadium (Arlington, Texas): Arlington has no passenger rail, so the practical options are driving (stadium parking lots open three hours before kickoff), rideshare services (Uber/Lyft drop-off zones are well-signposted), or the Dallas Cowboys shuttle from several Dallas and Fort Worth park-and-ride locations on event days.

SoFi Stadium (Inglewood, California): The LA Metro C Line (Green Line) connects to the SoFi Stadium / Kia Forum station. From downtown LA, transfer at Rosa Parks/LA Live. Rideshare and ride-hailing services are the other popular option.

The Canadian Football League season runs from mid-June to late November, with the Grey Cup championship typically held in November. For weather and atmosphere combined, late August through October is the sweet spot — the regular season is in full swing, the playoff picture is taking shape, and temperatures at outdoor venues like Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton are comfortable without the deep-autumn chill.

Rogers Centre in Toronto offers a covered retractable roof, which makes it a comfortable option regardless of weather and is worth experiencing for the roof-open summer games in July and August. BC Place in Vancouver is a fully enclosed domed stadium, so weather is never a factor there.

Most NFL, MLB, and CFL stadiums permit personal photography with smartphones and compact cameras for non-commercial use. The standard restriction is on professional-grade equipment with detachable lenses longer than 6 inches — these typically require a press credential to bring into the venue.

Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited at most venues. Video recording of the game itself for any form of broadcast or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited under league media rights.

Ticket prices for live sports events are driven by several overlapping factors: the teams involved, the importance of the fixture within the season, the day of the week and time of day, the specific seating section and row, and overall market demand at the time of sale.

Primary market prices are generally lower but often unavailable for high-demand games unless purchased very far in advance. Secondary market prices (from resale platforms) fluctuate in real time based on demand. Hundred Ideas Co. helps you understand these dynamics and identify the best-value option given your timing and seating requirements.

Once your form is submitted, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an auto-reply to the email address you provided. Our representative Hannys Aniston will then review your request and reach out personally — typically within one business day — to discuss the details.

Hannys will confirm the event and date range, ask any clarifying questions, and present you with available ticket options. There is no obligation to proceed until you are satisfied with what has been sourced. Once you confirm, the next steps for payment and ticket delivery will be outlined clearly. We do not store payment information.
